We start by looking over your resume to see if you would be a good fit for the Arlee’s Angels family. From there we’ll reach out for a face-to-face interview to discover more about you. This is where we get a sense of your personality and find out what you are looking for in potential families.
If the interview goes well, the next step is for us to do a through background check. Basically, we just want to make sure you are indeed as awesome as you seemed in the interview.
Once we’ve wrapped up your background and reference checks, we begin to match you with families who we feel would be a perfect fit based on the criteria we discussed in your initial interview.
When families express an interest in meeting you, we’ll help schedule and coordinate the interviews for you. After the interview, we follow up with both you and the family for feedback and take care of next steps.
The family loved you and they want to hire you! Arlee’s Angels will help define your contract terms to ensure you are getting the best employment package possible.
This is the fun part — helping families thrive. Once Arlee’s Angels has helped place you with a family we are still there to offer our support. We can answer any questions that may come up and will have check-ins to make sure things are going great.
